This site uses two anonymous cookies, a visitor ID and a session ID, so that it can work and count visits. There is no advertising or third-party tracking. Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect and why, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
What we collect
Calculations: the vehicle details and amounts you enter, and the result. They are not linked to your name.
Anonymous visit data: a random visitor ID kept in a cookie, your device type, browser, operating system, the country (worked out from your IP address) and the website you came from. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. We do not record this if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
PDF requests: the mobile number and email address you give us (and your name, if you add it), and the time you agreed to this policy.
Cookies
We set two cookies, both anonymous and needed for the site to work: a visitor ID (one year) and a session ID (until you close the browser). There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Other companies involved
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, is asking for a PDF. It loads only when you open the Save PDF form.
Your PDF is emailed through our email service provider.
Exchange rates are fetched by our server from a public rate source. Your details are not sent to it.
Why we use it
To run the calculator, to send you the PDF you asked for, to understand how the site is used, and to keep it free of abuse.
How long we keep it
Calculation and visit records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the contact details linked to your PDF requests at any time, using the contact details on this site. We do not sell your data.
